Production Lead Times

Shopsbee operates as a custom on-demand decorator and web-to-print manufacturer. Because most items are produced specifically for your order, please allow a standard 2 to 5 business days for production and order fulfillment before your item ships.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once production is complete, orders are handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS). Standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, but please note that expedited shipping only affects the transit time, not the production lead time.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched from our production facilities.

International Shipping & Tariffs

For cross-border and international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and tariffs. Delivery times for international shipments vary greatly depending on the destination and local customs processing.
