Shopsbee Inc. operates as a multi-vendor technology platform connecting independent commercial buyers, retail consumers, third-party sellers, local decorating partners, and wholesale distributors. Unless explicitly identified as a Shopsbee-branded offering, products and services listed on the platform are supplied, decorated, and shipped directly by independent merchant vendors. Shopsbee is not the direct manufacturer of third-party vendor goods.
2. Third-Party Trademarks & Brand References
All product names, logos, trademarks, and registered trademarks (including but not limited to Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Port Authority, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, UPS, FedEx, USPS) referenced throughout Shopsbee are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party brand names or external catalog items are solely for product identification, compatibility, and descriptive purposes, and do not imply endorsement or direct corporate affiliation unless explicitly stated.
3. Custom Decoration, Artwork & Mockup Disclaimers (5% Tolerance)
Digital artwork previews, vector logo placement coordinates, Pantone PMS color matches, and online garment mockups rendered on Shopsbee are visual representations designed solely for pre-flight proofing. Actual printed ink colors, embroidery thread shades (Madeira/Isacord), and physical logo positioning are subject to an industry-standard 5% manufacturing and dye-lot variance due to monitor calibration, fabric dye lots, and substrate printing techniques (Screen Printing, Direct-To-Film, Direct-To-Garment, Embroidery).
4. Communications Decency Act (CDA Section 230) & Intermediary Safe Harbor
Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230) and applicable electronic commerce safe harbor doctrines, Shopsbee acts as an interactive computer service provider. Shopsbee is not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content, store descriptions, custom product reviews, or peer-to-peer equipment listings published by independent vendors or buyers on the platform.
5. Peer-to-Peer Machinery, Tools & Used Equipment
Peer-to-peer equipment and overstock listings posted by independent sellers are sold "As-Is, Where-Is". Shopsbee does not perform physical mechanical inspections, safety testing, or hazardous material checks on secondhand machinery. Buyers are strictly advised to inspect equipment in person or request pre-delivery operation videos prior to releasing escrow funds.
6. Social Commerce & Third-Party API Integrations
Social commerce sync tools (TikTok Shop, Instagram/Meta Commerce, Google Merchant Center) rely on third-party application programming interfaces (APIs). Shopsbee is not liable for service interruptions, policy changes, or account enforcement actions initiated by external social media networks.
7. Off-Platform Transactions & Financial Disclaimers
Transactions conducted outside Shopsbee's verified checkout or Shopsbee Secure Payment Protection engine (such as direct wire transfers to unknown sellers or cash payments without platform receipt logging) forfeit all platform protections. Shopsbee is not liable for financial losses incurred through unapproved off-platform agreements.
