• Social Commerce & API Integration Data: OAuth tokens, product catalog feeds, and store synchronization data for connected accounts on TikTok Shop, Meta/Instagram Commerce, and Google Merchant Center.
• Referral & Affiliate Tracking Data: Referral link codes (`?ref=`), click counts, conversion attributions, and ambassador commission balances.
• Operational & Logistics Data: Item order histories, tracking numbers, local pickup confirmations, custom proof mockups, and customer-uploaded vector art.

• Facilitating orders between local buyers, retail shoppers, Commercial commercial clients, and merchant stores.
• Executing Shopsbee Secure Payment Protection milestone holds, automated seller payouts, and Net 30 Commercial invoicing ledgers.
• Verifying tax-exempt status for qualified Commercial resellers.
• Synchronizing product catalog feeds with authorized social commerce channels (TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, Google Shopping).
• Attributing affiliate referral sales and processing ambassador commission payouts.
• Dispatching automated email notifications regarding order updates, tracking, packing slips, and proof approvals via custom SMTP.

4. Information Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third-party advertisers. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements:

• Fulfillment & Blind Dropship Partners: Shipping details are provided to selling merchants, couriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), or authorized white-label dropshipping partners to complete delivery. Blind dropship orders enforce strict white-label packing slips with vendor pricing hidden.
• Social Commerce APIs: When authorized by merchants or platform delegates, product catalog data is synced with connected TikTok, Meta, or Google APIs.
• Payment Processors: Payment data is processed securely through Stripe to facilitate checkout, Commercial invoicing, and merchant payouts.

5. Email Marketing & CAN-SPAM Compliance

Shopsbee dispatches transactional email notifications (order receipts, packing slips, proof approvals, secure payment updates) via our custom SMTP mail system (`sendEmail`).

• Transactional vs. Marketing Messages: Order confirmations, proof links, and billing receipts are essential transactional messages. Marketing dispatches and newsletter updates include clear, one-click Unsubscribe links in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
• No Unsolicited Delegate Mailing: Merchants and marketing delegates are strictly prohibited from importing purchased email lists or sending unsolicited promotional mailings through platform infrastructure.

6. Data Security, Row-Level Security (RLS) & Vector Storage

All data transmitted through Shopsbee is encrypted in transit using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Database records, customer vector artwork files, and corporate brand assets are stored securely with isolated Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to prevent unauthorized access across accounts.
